very much a lier and wont tell you the whole story. whatever you do dont pay anything upfront till you check out the car by someone else. very bad customer service. very bad communication. every time i call him he tells me something else and my response is that why didnt you tell me this earlier so i dont wait weeks and weeks. perfect example of a drunk that should not be in this line of work because he either doesnt know and remembers anything or really is the worst lier ever. more

Now after just 3 months, I had to take my car back for repairs, like oil leaking and other stuff. I went to them to fix these things that they had obviusly did not fix correctly in the first place, and then I still had to pay the deposit of $250 CASH, otherwise they would not even start working on the car. Mike is rude and would not take the time to explain anything to you. Please be very aware of this scam, and DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIERS. Me and my husband spent all of our savings thinking we can trust them, but we made a bad decision, and we are paying for it. If you do want to buy from here, take the car to a dealer before you sing anything, if they will let you. Everything looks good from the outsie but on the inside they are BAD. Best of Luck!!! We purchased a car from Mike last year. The car has performed well and we have been satisfied with the work done. There have been a couple minor issues but they are negligible and don't take away from the value of the purchase. The only issue at Mike's is the customer service. They do not communicate what is needed often and fail to contact you to move things forward, and in our case actually gave us incorrect information. Mike has a gruff personality than can be off putting. They do not put a lot of things in writing so a lot of times you end up having to take them at their word. All that being said we are happy with the car. I would have preferred that they had called me the second the title arrived but instead I had to call and go out there to sign it ASAP. They do good work on their cars and the warranty is a nice catastrophe plan. It isn't helpful for little things that go wrong since the standard service charge is $250 for any work done so you end up being better off taking it to someone else.
