Best collision repair facility in South County 11/17/2011

I recently hit a deer with my 2011 Ford Explorer. I was devastated about hitting the deer as well as the extreme damage to my brand new vehicle. The police called Mike's to tow my vehicle as it was not driveable. The folk's at Mike's could not have been nicer to deal with. They dealt directly with my insurance company and when all was said and done you never would have known my car had $8000.00 worth of repair. Job well done. Thank you Mike and all your guys!!! more

Terrible Paint Job 10/15/2011

Apparently, citysearch only allows good reviews. My review was deleted so I am posting it again. I have had cars painted by auto body shops and they have generally done a good job. Mike's Service Auto Body did a terrible job. All they had to do was paint a replacement front bumper cover and install it after some front end damage. The paint job they did has been chipping off ever since. I don't know if they should have primed it (which they didn't) or they use cheap paint or they just did a bad job, but I have had other parts of the same car painted elsewhere and the paint endured. The front bumper cover, though, looks like crap. Don't use Mike's in Narragansett or NK. more

The greatest service, the best work! 11/11/2009

Ok, next to Pierce Imports in Wakefield, these guys are the best. They are honest, fair, go above and beyond and the car looked like new after they were done. They really do a fabulous job. This isn't just ""you get what you pay for"". This is, ""you get more than you expect"". Pros: quality workmanship at a fair price more

Quality, honest auto body repairs. No B.S. 5/11/2008

Mike's Auto Body does a great job repairing my vehicles. They use new parts (depending on what your insurance company covers), they make the repairs in the time they say the repair is going to take, and they arrange for a rental car to be there if you want one. I have had all of my accidents taken care of there except one. The other accident, done by a body shop in Johnston (which my insurance company recommended at that time) used all body filler to repair the rear door of my van. It weighed a ton. Again, Mike's makes the repairs they say they are going to make. Pros: quick and reliable more
