I've been a customer of Mike's Southside Auto Service for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They get the work done in the time promised and it's always an excellent job. They are always good at answering my questions I never feel as though they are trying to sell me something extra. more

They make things so convenient here. While my car is getting worked on, I'm always given a ride home if I don't have another ride available and picked up when the car is done. It's nice not having to sit around and wait. more

Wonderful Service 4/27/2012

Customer Service is very important to me and when I needed work done on my car, I had stopped in to get an estimate from Mike's Southside Auto. They welcomed me with a smile and took the time to call around for the best price even thought they were busy. They really puts the customers needs first. Because I was treated so well and I had Mike fix my car. If you want quality service at an affordable price......and service with a smile, call Mike, he's your guy. more

beware of the owner 12/24/2009

mike the owner charged me 70 dollars for a diagnostic check they never did. he started off telling me to junk the car.i laughed at him then he got defensive on the phone i knew then i was conned. so what i did under my constitutional rights was i picked up my car without paying for it. well the next day at work he called me on the phone and asked when i was paying for the services i then called him a schister he then threatened to call the cops on me for theft of services and said he was sending a tow truck over to steal my car!!! he then had the nerve to call me retarded.needless to say i paid the 70 dollars. rather than have the cops show up at my work place. more
