My experience has been less than stellar. I negotiated a deal and asked many times if the lease deal included everything including tax. Every time the sales rep said yes. I asked if there were any other fees and costs of any sort that I would need to pick up aside from what we agreed on and again the answer was no. The day my car was delivered the sales person sent me an email that there was $500 more on taxes. Its upsetting since I would not have let them pull my credit If I knew the real deal they were going to give me. I spoke to the sale manager who tried to help me by charging even more. He said I I paid $ 325.52 per month instead of $308 a month on the 36 month lease he would take of the $500 that wasn't supposed to be there.\r \r So lets go over his his deal 36 x 18.52 = $667.72 cents. So his way of making up for the fact his sales person misrepresented the deal he was willing to charge me an extra $667 of extra payment and in return take off the $500 that wasn't supposed to be t more

Mike Savoie Chevrolet was incredible to us! 8/22/2009

One of the best dealers, we have ever bought a car from in 37 years - we have bought 6 new and 12 used. We lost a car in an accident and needed to find a car quickly, last December. We wanted a 2006 Chevy Malibu back from a 3 yr lease and our Sales person Randy Hicks and their Sales Manager gave us a super deal and had it ready in just a few hours! Both were extremely professional and made us feel appreciated. We had gone to 5 other dealers and checked the internet for all dealers within 30 mile radius to compare inventory and prices. Treats customers like enemies 12/6/2005

I bought one Chevy from Mike Savoie 10 years ago and was very mad that the lady yelled at me in front of the other customers, her customer, for smoking. Manager later apologiez. 2 days ago, I went there to look around new cars and thought the service should be improved. Yes, new people but same attitude. That dealer figured I wasn't ready for buying and refuse to spent time with me and there was no other customer waiting. Pros: location Cons: customer service, price, value more
