I called John and he came on time, priced the job on the spot, gave me a time-frame, and completed the project ahead of schedule. I had my patio and front porch done and it looks fantastic! He worked with his crew the entire time! He went above and beyond making sure the downspouts were properly taken care of so no water would accumulate.\r It was such a pleasant experience dealing with John and his company. I called him based on all of the positive reviews and he did not disappoint! I highly recommend Iafrates Cement Company! more

Great job! 4/30/2012

I was so pleased with the attitude and professionalism of Mike Iafrate Cement after my first meeting with John that I didn't pursue any other quotes. I contracted with them to demo and replace my Livonia driveway and garage floor as well as adding a pad for my shed. Their excellent work was done on time with no mess. They even did a few extras because they felt it made a better job. I would highly recommend Mike Iafrate Cement to anyone who wants a excellent job at a very reasonable price - they're good people. What a great job 10/20/2011

Mike Iafrate Cement did a great job replacing our driveway and garage floor. Our driveway and garage floor was cracked and deteriorating quickly. In need of repair, I contacted John Iafrate. John returned my call right away, was out to look at the job the next day, and completed the work within 10 days of contacting him. He is knowledgable and he and his crew did a great job for us at a good price. The flat work in our garage and driveway now enhance our home and you can tell the work will last for years. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Iafrate Cement comes with our recommendation and we will definately use them again in the future. Thanks again John! more

Awesome job! Very, very satisfied! 10/13/2011

I read the first review listed here and thought long and hard about using Mike Iafrate. After making several contacts with John we finally decided to have the job completed this summer and we could not have had a better experience!!! They were great. Not only was his price the best out of the 3 estimates we got, but everything was just as promised. All the cement was removed quickly with no damage to our property. The cement job was completed all in one day and looks absolutely great. Lots of compliments from neighbors! Several who have already called to get cement work done too. We drove by several prior jobs of Mike Iafrate and talked to home owners, all were very positive about their cement work! Everyone who came out to do the job were very professional. Recommend highly! Love my Driveway and Patio! 10/11/2011

The Mike Iafrate Cement Company delivered on their promises by providing top quality work exactly when I needed it! My stamped patio add so much value to my home and extrawide driveway will allow my family to carry their large hockey bags inbetween cars all winter. Price was right. I had called many companies and few even return your call. You will not be sorry with using the professionals at Iafrate Cemetn Company! more

This company is terrific. My wife and I learned of the company through a member of our church. He said he used Iafrate Cement two years ago as did several of his neighbours and they were all very pleased with the results. Iafrate Cement was one of three companies that quote our project (new driveway and new garage floor) and after checking their Angie' s list referrals/reviews (which were very good) we went with the company. more

Horrible experience - set up job appointment in early July, 2011 to complete my driveway replacement in late August, called them up a week ahead to set the job date - Aug. 24th, and called them up again on Aug. 23rd to confirm it, got a call back from them - "yes, Jack, we will be there tomorrow morning". I took the day off - waited till 9 am in the morning - no show, called the company, phone was hung-up twice, called again at noon, left message on their phone, no call back, no show. What a waste of day off and a month and half of waiting. Shame on you! Mike Iafrate! more
