I have lived in this condo in Fremont for 20 months. I have had to call you out 3 times. You always show up on time and are professional. Last time we figured out that maybe the drain in the upstairs shower needs to be cleaned out professionally. I should of done this in the first place. I will have a friend do it this time with an auger. more

True Quality 5/5/2016

This is the second time I've used Mike Council. They explain the problem and the solution. They use quality materials. The work area was left spotless. I was very pleased. In particular Charles Saulus did an excellent job. I will request him next time I need plumbing services. more

Josh goes over the top make his clients happy...... He did my re-pipe and sewer lines, always leaves the work spaces neat and tidy......He is MY go to guy with your company......He is also a real asset to your company........You should be proud to have him represent you.............. more

Thorough and professional 4/22/2016

Charles and Jessie arrived this morning to work on our angle stops and replace the kitchen faucet and guest bath toilet. They were thorough, inspecting other items not part of their job in order to give us the best possible idea of the condition of the plumbing. Charles has an in-depth knowledge of plumbing practices, both old school and the new technology. They answered any questions and were very courteous. I am pleased with their professionalism and diligence to detail. more

RJ customer service was outstanding 4/21/2016

We had a problem with our shower. RJ fixed the plumbing part with any issues. The shower fixture also needed to be replaced. Because it was outdated, we could not find anything that was comparable. RJ spent numerous hours to find the parts and order them for us. Thank You for going the extra mile - we really appreciated it. We will certainly continue to request RJ for any work that we need in the future. more

He did a good job. They did have to come back but it was unexpected leak and was only able to fix part of the problem.m the other was a manufacturing defect in the faucet. Very thorough, kept everything clean. Good job. more

All employees are polite and professional 4/9/2016

When they were here, I told them that my garbage disposal wasn't working. They looked at it and I thought checked the switches and said, yes, it wasn't working and they could replace it for me. I declined, telling them that my son in law worked for Orchard Supply and he could do it. When he came over, he pushed the reset button and it works fine. So I could have paid to have something replaced that didn't need replacing. more

Expensive but worth every penny, particularly for Mario 4/5/2016

They did a huge job, essentially replacing all the underground plumbing. They were prompt, thoughtful, and the work was superb. They are expensive, but worth every penny. Mario, who oversaw the work and did much of it, was outstandingly efficient, helpful and friendly. Highest recommendation. more

We had a leaky kitchen sink. Service person accurately identify the garbage disposal as the main problem. He replaced our old disposer with a new one. We highly recommend Mike Council service more

Quality of heater not as expected--cost very high. 3/29/2016

The service was very good. The job was done as outlined in the plan. However the quality of the water heater was not what I was lead to believe. (I looked it up on line.) Also, the cost was excessive and way above the average installation for a water heater replacement. I'm sure that the job was well done and thorough, but I was disappointed that I didn't take the time to check out various aspect of the process. Very nice person, Keith, who worked with me on this job. more
