I joined this gym with lots of hope - I was thrilled they had a personal trainer program and signed up right away because I thought the trainer who gave me the original tour was very professional and very knowledgeable. Well, after 3 of my sessions, he was terminated from employment. I don't know why. I complained to the owner and the manager since I had obviously joined the program to work with this particular trainer and asked for my money back. Unreasonable? I guess so. The owner blew me off and the manager was totally unmoved by my concerns and my situation. They immediately flashed my 'contract' that indicated they could change trainers at any time. They finally assigned me another trainer who was young - obviously his first job - and had no understanding of my goals or my personal situation. \r

His schedule didn't even come close to my schedule. It was like pulling teeth to get an appointment during my non-working hours; and then, he got sick, or had a flat tire, or somehow missed the appointments. I gave up. They won - they got my money and I got nothing but 3 good training sessions in the beginning. \r

Signing up for a personal trainer at this place is a high risk committment! If you sign up because you like a particular trainer - don't be surprised if that person leaves, gets fired, or has a flat tire making him/her unavailable. \r

The gym itself is a 'low budget' facility. The space is limited, and crowded. There is no room for classes of any sort, and there is no division between any section of the space. In general, the employees there were OK; but, the tactics of management are obviously not customer focused at all with no attempts to compromise or appease a dissatisfied customer. Buer beware!!
Pros: location; hours of operation
Cons: Bad Customer Service; poor management; cramped spaces
