It took me a minute to realize that the name of this restaurant was not some word in a foreign language, but rather, a cutesy way of spelling out "Me and You." Whatever the case, I LOVE this place. It's got an Egyptian, North African, Middle Eastern, dark and smoky feel to it, with plush, deeply colored fabrics and dark wood. I'm not even sure I can pinpoint what part of the world this restaurant is supposed to represent, because it seems like a conglomeration. The owners describe it as "fusion, eclectic." This is the kind of place that would be perfect with a date, or with a group of friends. When I have people visiting from out of town, this is one of the places I bring them. The menu has something for everyone, and it's all done well. You'll pay for it, but it's well worth it. Even the bathrooms are creatively decorated. This place has become pretty popular in the two years or so that it's been here, so you'll want to reserve a few days ahead of time -- definitely not the same day.
