Late Night Service 12/3/2017

We had the handle break on the shower after 10 pm at night on a Friday, I called and the phone was answered quickly and I was put on the line with Nate. He informed me very clearly of the after hours rate and got out here in about a half hour. He went right to work, and repaired the shower in a short amount of time. His attitude was great for being called late, and was a very good representation of Copper Cottage. Thanks Nate. more

Excellent service under short notice 10/25/2017

I had a toilet emergency and Copper Cottage was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day. I received a call from technician Jerad E., an hour and half before our scheduled appointment time with him stating he finished early at his previous appt. and asked if I wanted him to arrive earlier which I said absolutely. Great communication, high efficiency in completing the work. He was finished within a half hour. I used Copper Cottage previously for a couple minor things, and the technician then, Larry W was just as excellent. Copper Cottage will always be my first choice! more

Copper Cottage is always here almost immediately after we call them. We've never had any issues with the work, and all of their people who've responded have been very friendly. Anybody we have dealt with from the company directly gives the information we need to know and gets the work done completely and quickly, which is a benefit. The most recent service was last week. We had three air conditioners out in one day and Copper Cottage was out on the same day, and the work was completed within 24 hours. Everything is wonderful. more

Copper Cottage does decent work. I wouldn't say they have wowed me with anything, but they come and the complete the work in a competent manner. I have used their services on multiple occasions as I have a few different properties in town. They've done various jobs for me but mostly dealt with furnace issues. Their technicians are professional and efficient in the work they do. I'm usually not present myself when they arrive to get some work done, but I have not had any complaints regarding them being late or not showing up. Copper Cottage offers competitive pricing, which I appreciate. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work they do. more

Amazing Company - Would Absolutely Recommend 8/3/2017

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday night and the staff from Copper Cottage showed up and fixed the problem very quickly! It was very convenient for me to use the company - the staff arrived on time and they did their job very well! I would say that the pricing was pretty expected for their service - especially for a weekend emergency - I definitely don't think that it was out of line at all. I would use them again in the future if I needed their service and I would recommend them to future customers because of how well they performed. Copper Cottage met my expectations, and I think that they have built a great reputation in this area. more

Really Great Service Experience! 7/1/2017

Our air conditioning stopped working during one of the hottest weeks in June 2017. We didn't yet know about Copper Cottage, so we called a few different companies in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. The only company that was able to come out at that time said we needed to replace our unit to the tune of about $3500. We decided to get a second opinion, as the "service" person was not very professional and didn't spend much time on the problem.. We called Copper Cottage because a friend had a great experience with them. They came out right away! Chris was great! He was courteous and professional. He fixed the initial problem quickly - and when we had a second issue come up the next day, he was out right away to fix it, too. All for a very reasonable price! Copper Cottage came to our air-conditioning rescue during the hottest week in June, when no one else would, was able to, or charged "an arm and a leg" to get the job done! Thank you SO MUCH!! more

Very Pleased, Great Work! 6/27/2017

I recently went to Copper Cottage to have some repair work done on the air conditioner in my home, and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. The person who came out from Copper Cottage was a very nice man, and was very good at explaining everything that was being done. The work itself went quite well, the repair was completed in good time and we haven't had any issues since with the unit. Overall I think Copper Cottage did an excellent job with the work that was needed. I would definitely continue to use them in the future, and I highly recommend their services. more
