I would expect a good business to follow up with me and make sure that I was happy with the installation and confirm everything. I never got any communication from them at all. I didn't even get an invoice for the final work. Changes had been made that increased the price and I did not get a bill at the time of installation or anytime after that until they realized a year and a half later that I owed them money. With any business, tell me what I owe you and I will pay you. This experience speaks to complete lack of organization and professionalism. In addition, I am not at all happy with the granite because it has chipped terribly from regular everyday use. I will suffer with it though. I refused to contact Midwest Stone Source again.
