It is just funny how people can post whatever they want on these review pages and websites without any review of truth. What makes these sites even worse is that the readers of these comments don't know if the person that posted the comment is even a customer of said business and reviewer can remain completely anonymous. The problem with the bad reviews on this company’s page is that it makes me wonder if that person had any work done by this company because there is nothing said about a vehicle or that they had anything done or if it isn’t the same person over and over. It seems like they are slandering the owner because these comments are directed towards him and leave the question open if they even had any work done. To make comments that he is a thief are pretty bold and are definitely trying to decimate his character as both a business owner and a member of society. I have personally dealt with the owner of this business and have no complaints with the quality of work, quality of material, knowledge of his products, or his demeanor. The work was great and the price was fair. It just drives me crazy that these pages allow people to post what they want to try and destroy a good company’s reputation. more

If you want good, high quality window tint, go somewhere else. I recommend Custom Sounds in Fairview Heights or Complete Window Tinting (Aaron the "Master Tinter") in Swansea. If you careless about quality and cheap, this is a good place for you. more

I took my 2012 optima there two days ago for tint and i'm glad i did! the price was reasonable cause i shopped around on the web first before setting up the appointment. Eric was easy to get along with and described what tint would be legal. I was also able to view an example of the shade of film before the install. It's been a couple days and i can't find one flaw in the install. tint looks awesome, thanks Eric. more

Had your car tinted a few years ago and your just posting now?? I had 3 of my vehicles tinted at this business. I was always greeted with courteous and kind service. I keep returning because they have the best price, do great work, and stick behind their product! On one of my cars one window started peeling and i took it back there. They wanted to see the area and they fixed it on the spot no questions asked. I understand that things happen sometimes beyond their control because my other 2 vehicles were came out great with no problems. I recommend this place to all of my friends! Great place to go! more

I went to his business to have my car tinted a few years ago. But man this owner has rude attitude towards me. It made me feel unwelcome and seemed like he doesn't wanna tint my car windows. Doesn't he appreciate my business??? I have another new car to get tinted and will go somewhere with good customer service. I will never go back to his business ever again. more

The customer with the Mustang emailed me and requested that the film be removed from his vehicle before I even had a chance to see the questionable areas he mentioned. He stated in the email also that he was fine without a refund on the tint job and that he just wanted the tint removed, not replaced. This didn't seem right to me because I always look at any questionable areas and replace the film if necessary. When he brought the vehicle up to have the tint removed the bubbles that the customer mentioned were water bubbles that had to dry out and took longer because of the cold temperatures outside. There were a few white specs or in the review what was called "debris" in the application. It was explained that these specs are from dust that is constantly in the air which is to be expected since we do not live in a dust/dirt free environment. I do take the best precautions to minimize any dirt/dust being trapped in the application process but a couple of specs are normal and usually unnoticeable. I figured in this situation the only solution to make the customer happy was to remove the film as he requested. I have been in business for 15 years and do stand behind my work. I have over 10,000 customer I have provided quality work for but unfortunately this was the first customer in 15 years that made the request to have all of the film removed from his vehicle without giving me a chance to correct any problems. For this reason i am "sorry". more

This was the worst tint installation that I've ever had. I had numerous bubbles and debris in all but one window on a brand new Mustang. We were told that he would just rub a finger over them instead of removing and retinting. Finally we made the decision to have him completely remove the tint so we could have someone else tint the car. We lost out our $180 and all he could say was "sorry". Go somewhere else!! more

The owner of this business was able to schedule me for window tint the same day that I called for an appointment. To top it off, the work looks great! more

The owner of this business, Eric Oetjen, is a theif, liar, and fraud. He has deliberately lied and misled me, my family and what few friends he has left. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! If you are doing any business there I strongly suggest you obtain legal counsel before authorizing any work. How do I know? I am his uncle. He has defrauded his cousin and me, lied to family (including his grandmother) and refused payment due for services and violated numerous agreements. If he'll cheat family, what do you think he cares about you? more
