Not honest 5/6/2010

I was dissapointed with Midway Sewer. After a plumber came out and fixed the floor drain, which did not take long, he called again 2 hours later and told me there was no charge. One week later my check went through and the plumber denied ever speaking with me about not charging me, even though I have phone records of it. Will not call Midway Sewer again. more

I have used Midway Sewer Service Co. of St. Paul for my property management service and my residence for many years. I have referred friends and relatives frequently to them and always found them responsible and very reasonable in their prices. They always were prompt as can be expected and very reasonable people to deal with. I never asked for a discount because I understand the cost of being a small business and appreciated their solid and honest way of doing business. more

Impressed! 2/7/2010

Major issue with the sewer line..called and they were here within the hour. (emergency call). Very professional/friendly and explained in detail what the issue was. In addition, very reasonable price for a Sat. eve. emergency call. Def. would recommend, refer,and call again if needed. Nice to know that there are ethical folks out there! more

Liable plumbers 2/8/2006

I ordered their service once last year. The all day service is a really good point, but that doesn't mean they come right after you call, haha.\r The plumbers are quite professional, quick and careful. Just I think their service is a little pricey, and you don't get much chance to bargain.\r I think I'll try another one next time just for comparison, but if it's an emergency, I'll call them definitely. PROS: Fast, liable CONS: expensive more
