For all you can eat you can't go wrong with this two restaurant chain in the valley constantly changing its name, the fish is pretty fresh although I have noticed that the start to skimp on the quality as you progress through the meal, e.g. no shiso in the squid after the first couple of orders, rolls for those who enjoy them are a little heavy on the rice, but all standard orders are there. Chefs are super nice and will recommend for novices be sure to try the posted specials as they are not on the menu, lucky to have gotten some bonito the other day. Only one serving of uni allowed but good quality for end of meal. All you can eat appetizers are also tasty.
