They Went the Extra Mile for me 8/3/2011

I had an impressive encounter with the Midas Crew in Palo Alto. Very professional and complaisant. No appointment needed, Just drove down to the PA location (Saturday evening at 4:15pm). They replaced my drivers side axle($250) complete diagnostic (no extra charge) topped off All fluids (no extra charge) and i was out of there at 7:00. (keep in mind they close at 5:00 on Sat.) so yes, they went that ""extra mile."" I encourage you to give this place a try. Thanks guys. more

Convenient Location 7/20/2011

I would definitely recommend this mechanic. I have had a variety of things done here: oil change, brakes, filters, bulbs, heat/AC, fluids, and a problem with my gearshift. I have never had any problems with any of these repairs and the location is convenient. more

Pleasant Experience 5/31/2011

Dan is very courteous and very up front and clear about what he can do and not do, etc. I returned back to check a sound I noticed after the last time repair I did here about a week before and it was fixed with no questions asked even though it was not related in anyway to the last repair that I had done. I had a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone that wants an honest and reliable auto shop. more

Makes My Day 5/31/2011

I really enjoyed Dan's customer service and his knowledge based on vehicles, parts, service, prices, etc. He is one of their best representatives and I think they should take good care of him so that we can have him around for a while helping us. Overall, he is a joy and he makes my day every time I come by. more
