I've been to other Midas shops and this one in Palo Alto is one of the best I've been to. They are all provide great service but this one is closer to my house. more

The front office staff was very helpful in explaining all of my repair options and resolving the problems with my car. The shop was also very clean and the crew worked hard to get me out on time. more

I am pleased to say that the owner himself interacted with me on my visit to get my truck repaired. I was charged about 1/3 of what I expected to be charged. This will be my new place for my truck to be maintained.. more

When I arrived I was met at the door and welcomed like a friend. A bit of friendly banter took place and then on to the business of business. Half an hour later I was out the door! One errand checked off my list. Nice! more
