Had awful experience. bought a wig advertised as 100 % premium human hair. I wore it twice and it looked terrible. A hairdresser told me it was not all human hair and terrible quality! When I went back to the store, they were very nasty and would not even discuss the problems. I had to go to my credit card company to get my almost $200 back. A customer in front of me seemed to be having a similar problem. Also, their clientele is 99% black. THEY decide what color or grades they stock--NOT the consumer! Spend your money where you are more appreciated and respected as a customer.
