2x's they came into parking lot at apartment complex in metairie and looted my car for ransom! they said my tire was on the line! photo clearly showed it was turned but not over the line! next time they said my back window was down couldn't see parking sticker! BS! I don't leave my windows down! the main office did nothing! they are hostile rude and refuse to answer questions or take responsibility! the hide behind a hole in wall to receive payment! you can't go in office if you do they threaten and throw you out! how the city of NO's allows this is typical corruption! no wonder so many refuse to go into the city! i reported this to main apartment office and got a 50 dollar gift card! and it didn't work but I didn't get an apology or my money back! somebody needs to shut down these criminal car looting thugs! more

The Mid City Driver drove 20 mph in reverse, from across a parking lot and rammed my vehicle. This occurred while I was attempting to back out of my parking space, after unloading my family and an ice chest. He did not hook onto the tires correctly, which damaged my rear differential and brake caliper. He pushed my vehicle up and over a 10" curb & into the bushes, WHILE I WAS BACKING OUT AND INSIDE MY VEHICLE. Beyond unprofessional and very threatening. I will be contacting the City of New Orleans and the State of Louisiana. Tow Truck License plate B015805 on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at 9:45am. These drivers and tow company are clearly targeting certain people. It's a Horrible Company with RUDE and DISHONEST Employees on a power trip! more

The manager,I believe his name is Francis is terribly rude. He told me to learn how to read. When I parked in a spot so I could get close enough to walk my 78 year old grandmother to the front door of a restaurant. Didn't even walk in ran back to move my car and it was already on the lift and they wouldn't put my car down. When I got to tow place I spoke to Francis, he didn't want to listen, he just kept saying the pay the price $141.00 and walked back into his tin box he called an office. Tommy on the other hand at least showed concern and listened. Francis needs to learn how to talk to his customers and needs to be educated on business etiquette, if he even knows what that word means. more

They towed my car and the sign says no parking 24hr well I told it that it means no 24hr parking it should say no parking at anytime only with a parking pass but it Dont then went to get my car they had been in it then at the office I told them I wasn't signing the paper till they brought my car to the front to show that it would move and they wouldn't then the guy jumped up like he was going to hit me then two more guy came out then one of them called my mom psycho and she wasn't doing anything they are scams and the cops are helping them they getting some of that money as well for them to be getting away with this they paying somebody off we should be able to give them a zero stars on here more

These crooks and thieves towed my car from my apartment complex. When I called them after finding out Tommy on the phone with glee" yeah we towed it cause you didn't have a parking tag. I stated yes I do it must have fell down from the window cause I never take it down or out the car. I get there and my front bumper is scratched badly, the shocks was messed up,my window had been cracked from then prying it open to get in my vehicle and take my decal from window. The door panel had been taken off and put back up. That's how I knew they definitely did some Dirty... they denied doing everything saying my car came to them like that. I asked to see the pictures they take before leaving our premises. Tommy was rude saying they didn't take pictures and wasn't required too do it if they don't want. They were all in there making a fool of me I asked for the mgr and that didn't help cause they all family in there. I waited about 4hrs trying to get picture proof that they damaged my car. They all got up and went outside i was left alone waiting for about 20 mins. They all come back in there together saying they found the pics. I know they were out trying to delete and observe them first before letting me see them cause they know the proof that they broke in my car and towed it illegally was on those pics. The pics proved that they scratched my bumper up, messed up my shocks and messed up my front rim. So the fixed it but did a bum ass job on it. My parking decal was nowhere to be found in my vehicle nor in my house. It sure didn't grow legs and walk away. So I paid them to tow my car illegally, vandalize my property and steel out my car. Wow!! And they get away with this shit on a daily and they are very Rude. I hope they get shut down and messed over like they do people. more

Put money in slot. Car got towed. Called number next to slot and of couse, it was wrong number. Used phone to get accurate number. Told must show before 5pm to get car or extra charge. They disputed any payment found in slot and must pay $180 if want car. Husband shows up who they have seen before working with police and they let us go because they did not want any trouble. Just a big SCAM!!! more

This business is a right out scam.. They will stake out and wait for you to park your vechile. Then sit there for a while into the owner comes so they can make quick cash. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO RESPECT FOR (BLACKS) ARE PEOPLE IN GENERAL... THEY GIVE THE OWNER OF EACH PROPERTY OF EACH VECHILE THAT THEY TOWED..
