Microtech Water Damage Control was recommended to me by my contractor who did our bathroom remodel. We spoke one morning, I got the recommendation to call Microtech, and Microtech was there at my house that same morning within 30 minutes. Within an hour, I knew exactly what had happened to cause the damage, what the source was, and what to expect as far as the upcoming process to get rid of the moisture. Mark, the lead foreman, explained everything, answered my questions, and asked me throughout if I had anything to ask. Brian, the president, spoke with me and explained how they're involved with the insurance companies, followed through on everything, and even provided contact information to me for labs that test for mold. Through this connection with Brian, I found someone excellent for that service. Right now, I'm working with a cabinetry person through Microtech. MicroTech was recommended by our remodeling contractor Joe Dethloff. I called them at 8:02am and their crew showed up by 8:45am that morning. Mark Smith, the lead technician was courteous and understanding of our situation. He introduced his partner, explained their procedures and promptly began working on moisture levels around the affected area. \r 1 hour later, Brian Sobolewski came to our house and sat with me for the next hour educating me on how the process works and set ample expectations for how long we could expect for the 1st phase (remediation) to last. The crew showed me all the damage that had occurred and asked plenty of questions about what lad up to my initial discovery.\r While the process required fans and dehumidifiers to run 24 hours a day, every effort was taken by the crew to make our home as comfortable as possible. The office administrators Trena, was always helpful, courteous and prompt in her communications. \r MicroTech's work was thorough with the moisture/mold remediation completion in a workman like fashion. The affected area passed the required ""Clearance Testing"" on the first sample. We are now entering into the re-construction phase using the contractor recommended by Brian and MicroTech.\r more

Microtech was the chosen contractor by my builder to conduct water damage remediation at my house due to the builders error in construction. I was very pleased with Microtech, specifically Trina who conducted the scheduling and David Williams (superintendent) who kept true to his appointments! David was thorough and the team as whole was able to fix the problems and repair my home after the work was done to good as new condition.
