I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am after visiting your Michigan Madison Heights store. It was 9:10 or so and I was hoping to run in and pick up a specific item. There was a woman walking out at the time (wearing a micro center badge That said Manager) And she said to me even before I said a word ""Stop right there. You can't go In. I will call Security!"" Now I understand that you must have a cut off point but aren't your employees supposed to be nice? The way she said it was so hateful. I was disappointed that I had driven for 30 mins and didn't get to get what I came for. But that is not my rub. This person was so disrespectful. I will never shop at your store again. Over the years I have spent literally thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars in your store. But no more, I will do without before I go in there again. I don't know this persons name so I guess she will just be able to run off more customers. At least I will never have to deal with her again. I am saddened that your other employees will have to deal with this woman not to mention your customers. I realize that I am nothing to your company you will not suffer because of the lack of my patronage. But I will actively tell everyone I can just how I was treated. Again I realize you must have a cut off point but your employees should be all that much more pleasant and respectful when having to tell someone that you must decline to help. I just wanted you to know. \r It was Friday between 9:05 and 9:15 March 14th at your Michigan Madison Heights store. more

I went to you Cross County Center Store in Yonkers, NY in order to get repair on my sons Dell Laptop and boy oh boy they are the worst customer service people I have ever met in my life. The woman who runs the service center is extremely unreliable and pretends not to be there while her assistants cover for her. I spent $1,400,00 on a Dell Laptop and I asked them to do a diagnostics on it. When I asked nice they said no it would cost $76.00. It was about two months out of warranty and instead of meeting me half way or even standing up for the product they all I got was a runaround and a series of managers who said their managers were out and would not be back in. I will never buy anything form a Micro Center again. You guys do not stand behind your products and you always have you hand out to gouge more money out of the customer whom you treat like an ignorant cash cow. Enough!\r more

I went to your Westbury NY location to purchase a Apple Mac Book Pro MD101LL/A Laptop today 5/8/13 @ 12:00 pm and when I asked about the laptop an associate Shadrach Lassit assisted me. I showed him the add with the unit I wanted to purchase and he said he had it in stock. I then asked about the open box units in the add and he explained to me that they were factory reset by Apple in new condition. I asked him if they looked in brand new condition and he said yes. Welllll, I went to the checkout and when I opened the box, I was appalled at the fact that your store would sell such a dirty and unsanitary product to a customer and tell the customer that the unit was refurbished by Apple. The sales manager (Jason Makhanlall) said it was never refurbished by Apple and that your service department refurbished it. Welllll, Is that the way your service Department fixes units? They repair a unit and leave finger prints on the screen and smudges across the cover? The charging plug was so dirty it looked brown instead of gray. I did try to discuss this with the sales manager Jason but, he turned away from me while I was talking to him to address another customer. I then knew that Micro Center was not the place for me as the professionalism is just not there. Sell your junk to someone else and you should have your sales associates go back to sale school to learn how to sell an honest product without trying to screw the customer. It was my first time in your store to make a $1000. + purchase and my last. I don’t think I will shop your store again. more
