VOILA!!!! 12/6/2002

I have been a customer of Michel Richards since it openned. Michel was a personal friend and bacame my partry chef for my own cafe ""ENTER NOU"". It closed but I still went & go to Michels' for my pastries. Ugette, it's presnt owner is also a dear friend. When I see my doctors at the Cedars Sinai Medical Tower, I always stop for lunch. I HIGHLY recommed the ""BRIOCHE"". Get there early for they sell out quite fast. VOILA Ugette!!! Bon Apetite!!!! Rafael F. Heaven on earth 6/10/2002

My mom swears by the salad nicoise, but I go straight for dessert: The lemon tart is a complete hit for every occassion. Most pastries (fruit tarts) are available in three sizes to go: two for slice-and-serve and then there's the individual sizes for fun sampling. But nothing compares to the lemon--its refreshing, covered with the lightest and most delicate meringue I've ever experienced. Lemon nay-sayers--I dare you to proove me wrong. more
