I have been shopping at Michael's (Superstition Springs) since it opened almost two decades ago. I have been into arts and crafts most of my life. I am male and 68. \r \r ONE IMPORTANT FEATURE ABOUT MICHAEL'S IS THAT THEY HAVE EVERY-THING. Whether you consider Michael's expensive or a great buy, it is rare that I can't find a product I need. If you feel it is too expensive, check the internet and if cheaper, order the item. \r \r As far as staff is concerned, I don't wait for an employee to chase me down and shower me with gratitudes. I'm the guy who always smiles first and asks them how they are doing.\r \r I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED RUDELY BYAN EMPLOYEE. IF IT HAPPENS, DON'T BECOME ANGRY AND WALK OUT. TALK TO A MANAGER. more

sat. jan-30-10 i had the greatest young male cashier! very customer service atuned, helpful, honest& loves his job! maybe more out going young males should be hired? also,you need to really consider michael's for all ages birthday gifts! unique and with 40 percent off coupon u can really get a nice present! more

Love Michael's 1/20/2009

This Michael's is located across from the Superstition Springs Mall. This is where I go when I need floral items since it seems they have a better selection. This store is also great to go to when there are sales on scrapbook supplies since it seems to be a bit slower and they are rarely sold out at this location. I also watch for the 40% off coupons! more

Tons of Arts & Craft Supplies 5/20/2005

If you are a crafter then this store is a must. They have supplies for what ever craft you are in to. A couple times a month they have an ad in the local Sunday paper with usually a 40-50% off one non-sale item coupon that can really save a bunch since there is no maximum amount you can save. They constantly run sales on entire lines (stickers for example) so if you wait for those your savings can really add up. PROS: Lots of locations CONS: None in my opinion more
