Stead has always done a great job maintaining my car. Sometimes the service manager gets busy and I have to call for a service update. Updates should be provided at some pre-determined frequency. more

Had to bring my car back three times in one week, for some issues that were not fixed. Staff and shuttle drivers were very kind, but it was very inconvenient. more

Good but could be better 3/17/2014

I was told a few times my car would be ready it two or three days but then it wasn't. I think that at $1,500.00+ that Michael Stead could have forked out a few dollars to have parts over night shipped so to make the deadline or have loaned me a car for the three weeks that they had my car. more

Melissa, Peter and Hal were great!! There was an incident with one of the financial consultants. He was a totally unprofessional and it so turned us both off that we were going to your competitor to buy cars. But Melissa made the correct adjustment and with incredible timing, such that we decided to make the deal and purchase two beautiful cars from you..Which we love!!!!!!! more
