Melissa, Peter and Hal were great!! There was an incident with one of the financial consultants. He was a totally unprofessional and it so turned us both off that we were going to your competitor to buy cars. But Melissa made the correct adjustment and with incredible timing, such that we decided to make the deal and purchase two beautiful cars from you..Which we love!!!!!!!
