Michael is sweet, but he's booked solid and it's very hard to reach him. His support staff is obsessed with scheduling you for an appointment 2 weeks away and don't seem to be interested in helping you otherwise. A few months ago I needed to adjust my policy to reduce my skyrocketing premiums, and Michael as not available for a 'policy review' until weeks later. When I explained that won't do, I was transferred to a 'licensed agent' at Michael's office for assistance. We spent 15 minutes of the phone adjusting the policy and managed to reduce the premium by about $1,000 for the year. I thought that solved the problem, but when I received my next quarter's statement I found out that non of the changes we talked about were made, and I was being billed at the old, and expensive rate!!! I've been trying to reach Michael for 2 days now to correct this and so far no luck. First I tried calling, but no one was available and they said they'd call back.
