We have been considering new windows for a few years, and after speaking with a number of window guys, we are so glad we found Mike. He is extremely attentive to detail, and does the work like it is his own home. We needed a few suggestions for doors and shutters and he gladly worked with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Mike worked on our house in Stratford and at our shore home in Stone Harbor. Mike was responsive and always answered or calls (even late on the weekend, sorry about that Mike) or got back to us in a timely fashion. Mike and his associate were very professional and made sure there was no mess when they were done. The work was completed on time and UNDER BUDGET too. Mike was able to save us on a few items and was happy to pass on the savings. It's hard to find honest, reputable hard workers any more. Mike did my house in Summer of 2010. HE charges allot of money and does ""just OK"" work. He is the laziest contractor I've seen. He has one helper and they work about 4 hours a day. It took him 2-3 weeks to complete the job. His memory is shot and he never returns a phone call. He is spaced out in never never land and His work shows it. It is just OK like I said but for the money I paid him I expected a little more attention to detail. But I got your average joe Run of the mill average lazy worker. Don't expect too much from him. I've learned lately in AMERICA, your lucky if you get what you pay for. Mike disappointed me, I thought he was top notch and went the extra mile but he just made the OK rating. The days of having pride in what you do in this country is over, just expect average crappy work cause that's all that's out there. Average Crappy contractors. Plenty of em. Mike Is no different. I guess I expect too much these days, I expect a well done job but that is too much to ask for in 2010. more
