I was from out of town going camping in the mountains and lost my keys, I had my car towed to Michael Chevrolet late in the afternoon but within 1 hour i was back on the road even...

Great Customer Service 2/16/2012

The customer service at Michael Chevrolet was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Mr. George Melton, treated me with respect, kindness, and was very helpful. Mr. Melton responded to my internet application, and immediately contacted me within 24 hrs. He was always available by phone. He found the best deal for me, especially with my credit score. All in all I have to say I was very pleased with the help from everyone. Everyone smiled, and treated me with respect and kindness. Great Buying Experience 1/27/2012

I had purchased a 2007 Cadillac from Michaels and had an ok experience but boy have things changed in the last few years!! Just bought a new Cadillac from Vinod Pathak at Michaels and it was th best car buying experience ever. he really went out of his way to listen and help instead of being pushy. I would definitely recommend him and the other people who helped me. the service department has also come a long way and it's obvious that customer satisfaction is a top priority ! more

On Saturday 1/21/2012 We purchased a new 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Truck from Michael Chevrolet in Fresno. And we had an awesome experience with excellence service . Our salesman Edward Atamian was very professional and very attentive to our needs. We told him what we were looking for and he worked with us and we received a very awesome deal. It was the best experience we have ever had with purchasing a vehicle .
