Bad Service & Lack of Care 12/5/2011

Not very happy with my experience here. They did not care about my pet at all: they only saw dollar signs. Just to speak with someone it will be $100. And then they have to do tests: they always do tests! The treatment options they choose will not be the ones that are best for your pet but the most expensive ones. I am all for getting good care for my pet and am willing to spend for procedures that need to be done, but I could not help but feel like I was being taken advantage of when I was there. Bad communication too: Put me on hold for a long time when I would call to check up on my dog. They also took forever to call with updates. I had enough and took him to another vet - one that actually cared about what was best for my dog and not their bank account. more

I really do appreciate the work Dr. Wosar did. My cat was acting very strange and wouldn't eat before i decided to bring her in. Now shes doing great eating the way she is suppose to be eating. more

Dr. Sardinas is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all compassionate. His warmth and love for all living creatures is evident by the way he treats our pets. Whenever illness happens, we know that they are receiving the best health care available. We all feel very blessed to have him in our lives and hearts. more

Kitty is doing beautifully. Thank you very much for giving her back her quality of ""kitty life"". She sleeps in the house all day and prowls around outside at night. We hope living happily ever after. more

This animal hospital is one of the best I have ever been to. It's super clean, has very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful doctors! Dr. Sardinas is caring, trustworthy, and honest! I never have to worry about paying too much or wonder if the tests they are running are necessary. And even better my dog loves going there, that has to speak for itself. If you haven't been you must try this place for your animal. more
