Not very happy with my experience here. They did not care about my pet at all: they only saw dollar signs. Just to speak with someone it will be $100. And then they have to do tests: they always do tests! The treatment options they choose will not be the ones that are best for your pet but the most expensive ones. I am all for getting good care for my pet and am willing to spend for procedures that need to be done, but I could not help but feel like I was being taken advantage of when I was there. Bad communication too: Put me on hold for a long time when I would call to check up on my dog. They also took forever to call with updates. I had enough and took him to another vet - one that actually cared about what was best for my dog and not their bank account.
