Worth Every Penny 12/13/2010

Good: LOVED the shows! Staff was very friendly, food was really good - surprisingly enough they have a LOT of healthy snacks, such as apples, yogurt and other things. A lot of comfort food too, mac and cheese, potato salad. Overall they have a lot of options; so if you have picky eaters like I do, this park has options for everyone :) I love how close you can get to the animals, it is amazing. Feeding Sting Rays is pretty cool and being up close to a sea lion is even cooler.. Bad: I Loved everything!. Improvements: I would love for them to enlarge the park and put up more exhibits, this park is awesome!. Other: Had the best time with my little family and five year old! Can't wait to go back and feed more sting rays!. more

Had the BEST time! 6/4/2010

I love Miami Seaquarium. I recently went and had the best time with my friends. The shows were my favorite. It wasn't too hot, so that was the best! I bought the year pass, so now I can go whenever I wish and I save tons of $$$ with the year pass. more

Great Time for all! 4/14/2006

While expensive to get in, we visited the Seaquarium last week and thought it was great! Spring of 2006 the prices were $22 for ages 3-9 and $28 for adults. We have been to several aquariums, and I would say that Miami had the best shows by far. We saw the sea lion show that was my favorite since it had a little story and skit to follow along with. Afterward you can wait and have your picture taken with the sea lion. We also saw the Flipper show which was great and the Killer whale show that includes two other dolphins. We loved them all. We couldn't get close enough to see the shark show, so that was disappointing, but we saw lots of other animals too. As with all parks of this kind the food was pricey, but not completely unreasonable. You could get a personal pizza for under $5. We were even able to get a little mood ring in the gift shop for only $2. Overall my kids ages 10 and 4 had a wonderful time, and we weren't totally overwhelmed and exhausted at the end. Well worth it. more

Lots to Do 12/6/2005

Took a trip to Miami and this was the highlight of the trip. The place is enormous with lots of different sea creature exhibits. Although my son was a little young, he still enjoyed it very much, especially the dolphin show. The admission prices were reasonable for a big city like Miami. The sea aquarium was a little hard to find so its best to get specific directions before you set out. more

Worth a visit if the price isn't outrageous now 8/20/2005

I'm not sure what Miami Seaquarium is charging for admission, but if it's any more than $20, then I would say skip it. Seeing all the animals and exhibits is interesting and the ones where you can actually interact with them are the best. They used to have a tank of dolphins you could feed and pet. Depending on the price, this may or not be worth it for some. If you're a fan of ocean animals then this might be exciting, but other than that, you may not find it so. Also, prices within the park are fairly expensive from what I recall. One also has to question how humanely the animals are treated there. more
