My boyfriend and I decided to try this place because it is within walking distance of his apartment. We knew we'd stumbled upon a gem when we stepped inside and saw how busy it was! The waitresses were very friendly, making sure our chips never ran out. The salsa was too spicy though, which is saying a lot, since I LOVE spicy. My boyfriend had the carne asada wet burrito. I couldn't stop stealing bites. It was excellent! I had a large bowl of chicken soup. The soup was simple, with big chunks of chicken and fresh vegetables. It wasn't the most flavorful soup I've ever eaten, but it was exactly what I wanted. I washed it down with a pineapple margarita. Barely detected any tequila, but it still tasted good and the price was right ($3.50). For the two of us, our bill was barely $20 (before tip) and that was with the margarita and a beer! What a deal!
Pros: service, prices
Cons: SPICY salsa!!
