I'm not quite sure why this place is getting such high reviews. I'd say it was a little under par for good mexican food. It was pretty much ""chain style"" food for a high price....

Excellent! 5/12/2011

My husband and I went here to take his parents out and it was an absolute excellent dining experience. If it wasn't for the recommendations we received from my co-workers we probably would not have gone, but this was one of the best dining experiences we have had in years. more

I'm not quite sure why this place is getting such high reviews. I'd say it was a little under par for good mexican food. It was pretty much ""chain style"" food for a high price. I got their steak tacos with rice and beans for around $11. The beans were average, rice was a little gross and the steak tacos were pretty bland...a little bit of meat and some cilantro/onion on top. Not very impressed for my $11. I think I would have been better off at Amados. more

Great Place for Burritos, Tacos and Margaritas! 8/20/2009

My family and I have been coming here for years. Their burritos and salsa is absolutely great. The staff is friendly and always make us feel at home. Pros: Absolutely love their shredded beef nachos! more

Best fajitas! 7/15/2009

A nice place for Mexican food 7/13/2009

my favorite 6/28/2009

Went there Sat night and ate at the bar area while watching diamondbacks, knocked down a couple of brews, ate chips and salsa, watched beautiful women, and ate a burro platter. Food was great, family atmosphere, and awesome service. Thats what I'm talkin about! Pros: fun fun fun more

friendly environment, no hastle, good food and drinks. The service couldn't be better! I had Pablano Chili and it was awesome! The salsa was a little weak but they added harbenero which did the trick! Pros: lots of parking more

Great place for fajitas and margaritas 6/22/2009

I have been eating here since high school since this is the place my wife liked.Over 13 years of going there. \r \r Simply put this place has the best Fajita's that I have had they are worth the money only place in Mesa where I do order fajitas. The service is moderate but that's should be expected ecxept on slow days. The salsa is ok I like to mix them between hot and mild Pros: best fajitas in town more

Mi Amigo's is a fun resturant to take the kids to. I've been going there since I was a kid and I still love the food. Their prices are reasonable, service is fast and the food is yummy and always hot. Great chips & salsa too. Pros: Best Bean Burritos in Town! more

I love going to Mi Amigo's because it is family friendly and wheelchair accessible. I also love the service and the food. Going there to celebrate birthdays or just for dinner is always an event and the staff are great to our large family. Pros: Large open space more

Chips & Salsa are great 6/18/2009

Good family restaraunt. Great chips & salsa. When I was pregnant with my first child, I would send my husband to pick up some chips and salsa to go. And after eating so mucy of it when I was pregnant I still like their salsa. \r \r They have a great happy hour menu also, from appetizers to margarits. more

Great Mexican Food! 6/18/2009

This is a great family friendly restaurant. We love eating here because the service is fast and friendly. The food comes out hot! The kids love their cheese crisps and we love their Nacho's. They are a great mexican food restaurant and I like going there with my family. Usually we go during happy hour because they have prices that fit our budget, good portions and good tasting food. I recommend Mi Amigos to anyone who is looking for good taste and a good cost. Try the mini chimi platter... it's my favorite! Pros: Flavor more

Great place for families and get togethers 6/18/2009

Mi Amigo's is a great place to eat. I love going there with my family during happy hour to get some good salsa and great deals. My favorite things to get there are the tostadas and enchiladas. Even though I drove by it all the time, my kids are the ones who turned me on to this restaurant when they started going there in high school. There is great service, good prices, good food and a great family environment. Pros: Good prices and great salsa Cons: Lighting more
