Dr Abbatista is one of the most thorough, direct & compassionate OBGYN Dr. Her staff however lowers this office rating. You waste precious minutes on hold waiting to schedule an appointment and once a receptionist answers the phone, she is curt, won' t let you get a word in edgewise when asking for an appointment because she immediately tells you she can't schedule an appointment then hangs up on you. If I could rate Dr. Abbatista, 5 Stars, Eastchester OBGYN reception staff, NOT IMPRESSED!!! Hope this helps
