The MexicanTown Bakery, Pontiac location has the worst of the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life!!! I've been ordering bread on a weekly basis for a couple of months there and have been very disappointed by the way they treat me. They will start selling my bread if I'm 30 minutes late even after they already have my credit card number on file as a deposit. There are times that I come back empty handed because they sold all my bread and need to reorder for the next day. There are times when they don't complete my order on time for pickup. The customer service is very very poor with very rude cashiers, even the manager is rude as if she's not interested in my business. There's also a language barrier. I have stopped going there and have brought my business to other bakeries who is more interested in my business. I strongly do not recommend this bakery!!!!!
