My new wife and I were in the market for a sectional. We looked at several options before ending at Metropolix - Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel (too expensive), then Linders and Easy Life. Linders seemed like a good bet, they had some good couches, they were friendly. We were pretty confident that we would get our couch from Linders before we walked into Metropolix. Our salesman was extremely helpful and helped me design my furniture layout as well as help pick a couch color that went well w/the furniture. We purchased a home office set (7 pieces) and customized the size of a chair we liked to more of a love seat size so it fit perfectly between our file cabinets. We've had our set for 2 yrs and haven't had any problems. more

Cheap knock-off Asian imports with high end prices. You buy the floor models. Beware of the claims the lacquer furniture is Italian, read the sticker on the back. Pros: n/a Cons: these people are not designers as they pretend to be more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a couple pieces of furniture from this place and am extremely disappointed. I feel I overpaid for cheap knock-offs which eventually broke down after having it a few short weeks. The quality is extremely poor for which you paid top dollar. The coffee table wood is chipping away, the color of the chairs werent correct, the drawers squeak and are lop sided, etc . The salesmen do very little to rectify the situation. Even upon delivery, there were issues which didnt get resolved. If you leave messages, rarely do you get a return call. Once they have your money, you will get no resolution to any issues with the furniture. The only time they are hospitable is when the money is still in your wallet. I feel I was taken for a ride. I am now stuck with this furniture. If you are looking to get scammed, this is your store. Cons: where do I begin? more
