Do you sometimes feel out of control? This may include racing thoughts, worry, anxiety, sadness, anger, etc.
Are you happy with the state of your relationship? This may be family relationships, social or work relationships, or intimate relationships with your partner.
Are you unhappy with the direction your life is going? This may include being unhappy with your job or career situation.
Do you feel like the person you are on the inside is not the same person you are to those around you? This may include sexual identity, gender identity, self-esteem issues, etc.
Most of us don't choose to suffer. Most of us are suffering because no one ever taught us that we have a choice not to. If you've thought about therapy- maybe now is the time.
