Metro Transportation

I made a reservation 36 hours in advance. The bellman at Hilton Elcomquistador arranged a car with ""Metro Transportion"" . Ten minutes before a pick up, they called to cancel my transportation. I do not recomend IT. more

We fly in to Tucson at least twice a week and have had trouble in the past finding a descent ""car"" service. We went on City Search and found Metro. They answer the phone 24/7 and are never late to pick us up. This is the kind of service I would like to see expand in this area. Pros: Great customer service! Great Rates! more

I have been living in another city for 5 years, and recently returned to Tucson for a visit. I had intended to use a cab to go out with some friends, but while around the city I was noticing how disgusting the Yellow Cabs cars and drivers were. So, I decided to search CitySearch and found Metro. I cannot tell you how grateful we were to have found them. What a great experience. Our original driver was unable to pick us up due to circumstances beyond his control, therefore the owner picked us up instead. It was a beautiful, new clean towncar, the owner was fantastic and friendly and got us where we need to go...and the rates were TOTALLY reasonable. I would never ever use a cab in Tucson again. Metro is the way to go. Pros: Very reasonable rates; beautiful, clean cars Cons: Not a one! more

I fly into Tucson every 2 -3 months and have always had problems with transportation. Overcharging and dirty cabs. I was staying at the Marriot and they had an outside service that I took call Metro Transportation. Wow!! First time I used them I was sure to be there regular customer.
