Excellent automotive repairs 1/25/2016

Eric is the great to work with, he gives you all the information on the issues with your vehicle, uses the industries guidelines for charges, man hours and parts costs. The other employees that I've communicated with are friendly and will converse with you, they don't spend there time trying to get more repairs and non industry standard pricing. This is the place you want to go for automotive repairs. more

The fast response to my request was really a great relief for me--I really have a great need for my GMC "dually", because I transport horses and other heavy items on a contiinuous basis. 1/10/2016

I plan to go to SNOWY TAHOE in February, and would like you to inspect the SMOG PUMP to make sure that the bearing is "holding on". I will be happy to pay for this service--If you happen to find a NEW pump, get it and save it for me. Thank you for the assistance!!!! Right now, it is working GREAT!!! more

Everyone is of top notch quality in PR... 12/29/2015

The $52 part cost me $108.00 and I thought that was quitie excessive. I certainly know that you are not a non-profit organization, but the mark-up was extreme, to say the least. Sorry guys, but you asked and I'm sharing my thoughts. My recommendation of yes woud be to those who can afford it. Otherwise, do it yourself. Thanks for asking. Friendly staff 12/23/2015

Honest answers from a frirndly staff. I think what really impressed me the most is their lunch time. They all ate togethe,r as a team, in the office. Nitty themselves but talking either have other. Very timely with the repair and kept me informed in process. more

Radiator, hoses, thermostat module, etc., as the norm with this company and its employees, EXCELLENT workmanship, the people are always friendly, greet you with a smile and converse with you. Always enter your AAA card for current promotions, truly a PROFESSIONAL business. more

Amazing mechanics great customer service 12/16/2015

They did a great job at finding and installing a replacement transmission for my car. They also provided a 200 mile post service inspection to make sure everything was solid. They are all very friendly and helpful through the while process. more

As Good As It Gets 12/10/2015

My family and I have been visiting Metro Transmission since they began their business in the mid 80's. Every experience there has been excellent. I have recommended them to dozens of people (I ran a distribution business for 25 years) and no one has ever come away disappointed. Informative, friendly, honest and helpful in so many ways other than just car repair. My whole family depends on them for all their auto related advice and repairs. more
