Service 4/15/2016

I was so happy that the AAA town service man recommended Metro..I was helped very quickly, even though it was an extremely busy day in your shop. I appreciated getting picked up by Brenda toi!! Brenda and Eric were amazing and Eric got my car repaired so that I was able to go to work the next day. This is definitely my go to place for any future issues with my car. I will return 3/17/2016

Eric and Rick and Brenda were fantastic. They all were very friendly and ensured that all my questions were answered. I had a failing CVT transmission and gave me several options to choose from. They also informed me of any repairs that needed to be done while doing the requested repair so that I wouldn't have to come back in later to pay more money to do the same repair while the initial repair on the tranny was being done. Many other shops would have kept an engine leak there in order to bring it back in for a costly repair. I appreciated the honesty and service they provide and recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle. more

Great service. Honest! 3/9/2016

I bought a used car last week and wanted to be sure the fluids were up and fresh. When they took it back, they found that the car has a cross-member that would have to be removed to drop the pan and replace the filter. So we opted to just do a drain and fill, due to the car's low miles. Easy $56. Done. more

Mechanics you can trust!!! 3/5/2016

I've been having all my cars serviced at Metro for several years. The staff, Michelle, Brenda, Eric and all the mechanics are the best! They are a family owned business and treat you like part of the family. I highly recommend them for all your automotive services. If they say your car needs certain work done, you can bet it does. They are honest, reliable and just good people. what more could you want. Thanks Metro. Keep up the great work!! more
