Deborah and Cindy both did a GREAT job. I was a little worried about leaving my cats alone for a week- they're pretty picky! Both Deb and Cindy got to know me, and my cats, which was nice. Cindy came over, and made sure the cats were comfortable with her before we left. She sent me an email every day with updates on how they were doing and what they had been up to. I felt completely at ease knowing that my cats were in such good hands! I look forward to using their services in the future... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! more

We love receiving daily updates on Facebook, and knowing that our baby is in such good and caring hands when we're away! Deb makes sure that our cat is eating, acting, etc. normally-very professional. One time the battery on our fire detector went dead triggering an alarm which terrified our cat and Deb made sure that the battery got replaced asap and tried to make our cat as comfortable as possible in the meantime. I recently moved to Florida and I'm lost without Deb. She was the only person I would let look after my diabetic cat Charlotte. There is no one more reliable. She has been there to give Charlotte her insulin every 12 hours during snow storms, power failures, and nothing stops her. Knowing Deb is on the job has allowed me to sleep at night. more

Deborah and Rocio have been phenomenal care givers for my pets. I recently engaged them when I moved to a new location. I was out of town during Hurricane Irene and was amazed at the love and dedication Deborah provided for my pets. Despite the weather conditions, she made sure she visited my 3 cats every day and sent me daily updates and photos. My family now calls her my "babysitter" not pet sitter ! I love Deborah! I came to NJ for work from AZ. I am on a year long assignment in different places. I bring my puppy Carbon because I hate to be away from him. I went to Livermore CA first and he did not like the pet sitter. He would tolerate, but get away from her and hide and growl when she tried to retrieve him from under the bed. When I got to NJ I interviewed a couple to see what Carbon would like since he obviously had a preference. He instantly took to Deborah (oddly because he is a shy little boy) and wanted to be around her. She started coming to visit and although at first he may have been difficult, he loved seeing her. She would send pics of their visits and I was so relieved he was being cared for so well. I could just tell from all the pics he was relaxed and loved her so much. I can't tell everyone how much her pet sitting relieved my stress when i was in NJ. I asked if she would come with us when we left! I wish I could find a pet sitter nearly as loving as she was! Boooo....we miss you Aunt Deborah!!! more

Deborah and her colleagues took wonderful care of our dog when he was alive, and now we have them check our house periodically when we travel. They do a great job of that, too, affording us lots of peace of mind when we're far away. more

I've been using MetroTails since I moved to the area a couple years ago. My trips are in-frequent but I can always count on Deborah and her staff to look after my cat Apollo with the best of care, and love he update Pics showing him playing or cuddling. As I said above I wouldn't trust my baby to anyone else. more

I hired Deborah to take care of my cats while I was going away on a business trip. Aunt Deborah has been a godsend for my little guy, Felix. I found myself having to travel a lot at the end of last year and before I found Deborah, I'd been relying on friends and roommates to care for him. What I found was that not just anyone has the patience to spend proper time with my cat and make sure that he doesn't feel abandoned when I'm gone. I would come back from my business travels to find my poor cat angry, scared, and misbehaving. I finally decided it was my fault he was feeling this way and it was time to find someone who would care for him properly while I was gone. Deborah has made it easy for me to travel like I need to. She cares for him as if he were her own and when I get back, he's happy, content, and behaves like the good kitty I know he is. Deborah is not just a "cat-sitter." She is truly an "aunt." She dotes and loves and cares for your little ones like they are princes and princesses. Nearly every day that I was gone, I'd receive a text with his picture, or she'd post a picture of him on Facebook so that I could see how he was doing. She even called me on Christmas ! I've been more than impressed with her ability to step in and be a mommy to Felix. And I can't imagine, now, asking anyone else to play that role besides me. :-) Thank you, Deborah !
