Missy works with you from whatever level you are at. Flexible with the schedule too. Start any time between 5:15am and 6:45 on Tue/Thu and Sat 7:30am. Triathlons are much more enjoyable when you swim and feel strong coming out of the water. more

I never had many problems with this gym, but there were two particular problems that never seem to get resolved.\r \r 1:) The treadmills are plugged into an adapter with a lower power rating than what the machines are designed to use. This doesn't cause a problem when running below 10 MPH, but it does cause a problem when running fast. On every occasion the power cuts out and the machine stops just as I am getting into it even if I am the only one there.\r \r 2.) In the Men's locker room there is no privacy. The showers are too close together without a wall or any kind of curtain between them. I doubt it's even possible to avoid physical contact with other naked men in those showers when busy. The first time I complained about this it wasto a woman who didn't understand. Apparently Women get to shower in privacy. As a direct result of this I had to plan my gym time around less busy times, and have found myself not going to the gym at all when I think it would be busy even if I feel like working out.\r \r On the plus side, I do like the hours. 24 hours a day on weekdays is pretty good. Also, despite how old much of their equipment is, they do have good facilities such as Tanning Beds and Yoga instruction included. more

The owner hides behind her bull crap contract...they are not business savy at all! The owner had the nerve to tell me i wasn't deployed and that I was at the Bar! I wouldn't recommend this place for my worse enemy...Thier equiptment is outdated and falling apart, good luck finding a treadmill that doesnt skip or make you stutter step in this dive! The fine print says they have the right to pull 45 days worth of money out after you cancell! WTF You're safer and better off running at home on the blacktop in my opinion! DO NOT JOIN THIS DIVE! more

I don't think I've ever been in a worse gym and I've been to several in four states. It's not clean, the staff is rude and unhelpful, they don't know how to properly train people on equipment, the place in general was gloomy and poorly lite, the pool was never at a proper temperature...either too hot or too cold, I NEVER saw anyone wipe down equipment. I could go on and on. Just do NOT join here. OH! I also had to cancel my credit card to cancel my membership. BAD place!! more

I would advise anyone to NOT GO THERE!!! If I had the choice to give this place a NEGATIVE review, I would. I can't say enough about how bad this place is, but I'm going to try if it will save anyone else from making the mistake of joining....DO NOT do it!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Signing up for a one year membership was the biggest mistake. Really grungy feel to the place. Things getting stolen out of lockers was a HUGE problem and they didn't do anything about it. Would highly recommend finding another place. I agree the owner is desperate to milk every dollar possible out of you. They have a policy that you have to tell them 45 days in advance that you want to end your membership, and if for example you tell them only 30 days in advance, they'll charge you for those extra 15 days. That's not good business. Also if you move away too bad. I think their policy is you have to move further than 45 miles away before they'll allow you to teminate your membership without penalty. like anyone is going to drive 45 miles to use a gym. more

I was a member there for a long time and am thinking of going back. However, one of the water aerobics instructors doesn't seem to "know her audience" so to speak. There were older people in there and she kept doing "double time" and "triple time" moves that NO ONE could keep up with....I saw NO need for that. Showing off? I don't know, but you should keep your instructions geared to the people you are instructing. Also, sometimes the water was WAY too cold and other times WAY to hot...you either shivered or begin to sweat the minute you got into the pool. I almost passed out a couple of times and others just left sometimes. Then need to improve that AND that instructor should know better. more

The teachers are awesome for Showtime Production studio and the studio's prices are reasonable compared to other dance studios; however, the technology for making payments is completely outdated. For example, when I make a payment, I have to wait for them to write out a receipt for payment. It may not seem like a big deal but I think it is time consuming and outdated to keep track of your monthly payments. more

Take my advice about Showtime Productions because i have been dancing there since i was 4.The teachers are nice, it is NOT overpriced, the costumes are great and not too old for young children,there are always TONS of great dances, and You can choose between being a competition dancer or just doing a dance or two for Recital. I have been dancing for 5 years and have been competing for 3 years. It is a great experience and it's fun for little kids. You have to be 3 or older to start dancing and competing. Also, if you choose to compete, the youngest child has to be on the stage at least 75% of the time,( this is for people that if you have the youngest child your child has to know either 75% of the dance or the whole dance.) The staff can have funny jokes sometimes, but they are nice. I danced with someone who works there now and still dances. I might be 9 but let me tell you along with this is Barb, the owner. She's crazy,but great. All the dancers are nice too.They're considerate of e more

I would not recommend this place to anyone with a young child wanting to start dance. The owner/instructor is very rude and not good with small children and the costuming is a little to grown up for young children. more
