Review content:
I was a member there for a long time and am thinking of going back. However, one of the water aerobics instructors doesn't seem to "know her audience" so to speak. There were older people in there and she kept doing "double time" and "triple time" moves that NO ONE could keep up with....I saw NO need for that. Showing off? I don't know, but you should keep your instructions geared to the people you are instructing. Also, sometimes the water was WAY too cold and other times WAY to hot...you either shivered or begin to sweat the minute you got into the pool. I almost passed out a couple of times and others just left sometimes. Then need to improve that AND that instructor should know better.
