I am a very satisfied customer of Metro Motors. Dan has always been very fair with me for the last eighteen years. I bought my first car in 1994 a pontiac grand am and I had it for five years with no problems. Since that time I went to see Dan when I bought my seventeen year old son his chevy cavalier. He has had the car for over a year with no problems. I have now purchased yet another car from Dan a Nissan Altima and I have had it for nine months with no problems. I will and do recommend Metro Motors to my friends. As a matter of fact my brother is going to buy a car from Dan this week. This is my first time buying a used car, and right now money is really tight for us. Going in I didn't think I could afford the down payment for the Pontiac we wanted, but Dan really worked with us. It seriously took us a week to get everything figured out and organized. And through it all Dan was patient, and not pushy, unlike other car lots we had already been to. We've had our Pontiac for a month now, and she has done really good and been reliable. She isn't some jalopy either! I think that people just need to remember that a buy here pay is, is just that, a buy here pay here. You get what you pay for, and sometimes you might get a few wonky things, but it's YOUR job to check it out before you drive off. I referred my friend here since we had such a great experience, and she found herself a car too. Unfortunately, she found out the car had a crack in the radiator before she purchased the car and everything else was good. But Dan had it replaced that same day before handing the car over! (not some wierd glue, or tape fixup) I have to say, this is a great place, and I would continue referring my friends here. more

I have bought 2 Ford Mustangs from Metro Motors! Everytime they get one in I tell them to call me. I have never had problems with the payments they work with you and you financial schedule. They even let you make payments on the down payment!!! I tell people about them all the time. And that Shelly, well she makes the experience a lot smoother as well she is a great help over there and always is very helpful! more

I have two cars from Metro Motors I have always had a pleasant experience dealing with them. I have had some issues mechanically but anything I've had to pay to fix the car while still making payments they have took of the back end. I think they are fair!! And my experience as far as dealing with the administrative assistant "" Shelly "" is wonderful. She always has all the information ready to go and is on top of her job. Great customer service! I recommend them to everyone I know. more

After struggling for 2 months without a car i THOUGHT i found one here... they are so full of it! Got my car on Wed and by Sun the car had a crack in the radiator... so now I am stuck with a car that don't work...and payments! plus NO WAY to work.... of course when you call Dan said its as is...what are you calling us for?! i will NEVER EVER buy from them again....STAY AWAY from them!!! so who knows how long ill be able to keep my job! i have 2 kids to support as a single mom... i live paycheck to paycheck! I dont have $$$$ to fix this for over a month... and they of course will want there payments well they are about to get there car back.... i just hope i can get my down payment back. I doubt it though since they are so shady.... i wish someone out there could help! more

this company is all lies! they sell you cars that are pieces of crap that will get you killed! My car almost caught unfire last night on thanksgiving. i bought my car on july 30th cash. two weeks later ther car started blowing fuses and over heating. Noone could figure out the problem. Finally a mechanic told me that they had rigged the gaskets on my truck and who ever did the gaskets knew what they were doing meaning metro motors mechanic rigged it to break down. This caused oil to back up into spark plugs and other stuff causing my car to over heat and blow my emu fuse over and over again. Well finally last night it almost caught unfire and burned out my whole wiring harness in my truck it has to be completely rewired!!!! I have called and reported the problem several times to them and demanding to speak to the owner but he seems to never be in or call me back. They have some b.itch behind the counter supposedly the assistant manager who says she has never gotten a phone call from me. ill print phone records. Supposedly the owner dan willl be in after 1 today and i will be calling. If not my husband will. I have also contacted action 9 news and they said they will be more then happy to investigate this story!!!! So suck on that metro motors or ya'll will have a huge lawsuit!!!! Also my children were in danger being in this car last night!!! Lets not let this company sell anymore cars ike this to anyone!!! Or someone probably will end up being hurt in one of their dangerous rigged cars!!!!! more

I know first hand how dishonest Dan Cash, the owner of Metro Motors is. As a former employee, I personally ws instructed to avoid phone calls from customers who were calling regarding the problems with their vehicles. Dan instructed his mechanic to bandaid the vehicles, reset computers in vehicles long enough to get them off the lot. Once they left the lot, under sold as is, the repairs then become those of the new owners. more

Dan is the owner; he's a liar and a swindler. He's been playing this game for 20+ years. Don't believe the persona he tries to convey with the bible; it probably has a Hustler magazine inside of it. I know its a buy here pay here. But the car wouldn't start w/in the first week we had it! Took it to the mechanic not only did it need $2000 worth of repairs he said it was unsafe to drive. The engine was rigged in such a way that gas fumes were coming back into the vechile!! I have 2 babies and am royally p*ssed! The mechanic showed us were household tape was used for pipes and crazy glue for other parts. When we told the dealerwe needed to make repairs and to push back the pymts(not reduce them) he threaten to take the car back and not refund us our deposit! We should've just givin the car back! Don't buy into the owners Christian antic-he's shady and disshonest -worst than a traditional car sales man!!! Cons: Everything/ completely Dishonest more

I know with any buy-here pay-here you are taking your chances, but when I made it very clear all I wanted was a car that I could rely on for the next year, being female and driving alone after dark alot, they sold me a lemon!!!! more
