I am generally impressed how the repair service has improved since the new management took over. I am bringing our cars to Exxon Georgetown for over 12 years now, and this is so far the most professional and cleanest service. The last time they did a great job on one of my car's issues, but simply forgot to attend to the second one, even though it was recorded up front. At least they didn't charge for it.
