I went to Metro Honda because I was in search for a Accord or Civic lease. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile and asked if I could be assisted. I knew we were in good hands with Albie. He sat with my wife and I as we explained I was looking for and my budget. He gave me many options and worked with me throughout the whole process. He was very professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Talk about a guy who knows his stuff when it comes cars and features. Not only did he make sure I was happy with my vehicle but he walked me to my car and explained the in's and outs of the technology and safety features that the car had. My wife and I were truly pleased with the service, speed, and professionalism we experienced from Albie and the finance Manager Madison Miranda. If you in the need to buy/lease a car make sure you stop by Metro Honda in Jersey City and see Albie Rivera for a first class experience. You will not regret it. more

Great Experience!!! This dealership is top notch! The associates and the management are friendly, helpful and efficient. My husband and I bought a Honda Accord and could not be happier. Everything they did from the service to the price was what we were looking for. There was not any pressure to make the deal. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I recently got into a car accident and I needed car asap. The right side of my Camry was banged up bad and I wasn't even able to open the doors on the right side. I work pretty far from bayonne. I came in and worked with John Lizares, it was an awesome experience. We must have test drove three pre-owned cars but I ended up getting a brand new accord the one I wanted and it was just no hassle. Great place, great customer service and I can't wait to go back to get my oil change, Thanks John. more

Yesterday I leased a 2012 Honda Accord LX from Metro Honda in Jersey City. I can?t thank them enough for their first class service! Initially, I was dreading this process.. (as a female and not very knowledgeable about cars, I didnt want to get scammed.) However, Elis Tavarez and John Chatzopoulos went out of their way to make it enjoyable and stress free for me. They were extremely personable and made me feel like I had known them for years. What really sold me was their hospitable environment, great prices and perks as well as the knowledgeable and accommodating sales reps. I would highly recommend them!! more

Great dealership, cool place 4/9/2012

I drove by here, a little reluctant at first especially with all the other experiences I've had at dealerships in the area. But, alas! I finally made the move and bought myself a car. I picked up a new Accord. The saleswoman, Kerry made me feel at ease, everyone was really very nice, and John the manager should be a comedian, funny guy. Ultimately, what sold me was their 10yr/100,000 miles warranty, and the free oil changes for life. One thing though is I didnt understand why they still have St. Patrick's Day decorations up. lol more

The worst experience of buying a new car. It seems like a total scam now..They fix you up on the price but that is not what they sell you the car for. They add bunch of other - service contracts, etch upgrades, down payment protection..linking them to your credit approval..and this can go up to an additional $3000. As someone said before, they hurry up through the documentation and you don't get the time to read every word of it. In my case, they did not give me the papers until a month as they convinced me that they will fetch me the best interest rate on the loan and send me the papers. Make sure you read every word of the document you sign..do not ever trust these scamsters. You have the right to deny any additional service contracts or protection..as these are completely voluntary and are not required to obtain more favorable terms of credit. more

Awful Service Department 12/23/2008

This dealership has a very poor service department and high costs. I've bought the car here and had problems in the first year. They took them 3 weeks to fix the car, they left a tool inside the car and messed up the interior with grease and only after I started proceedings with the lemon law they started to get their act together. 2 years later my spare key was not working (I never tested it before) and they wanted to charge me $95 to program it, a 30 second job. I escalated to the General Manager and got the key programmed free of charge. Pros: Good car Cons: Bad place to maintain your honda more

When discussing the options with the salesman for a new lease, I was told that the vehicle had Bluetooth. It was the first question I had as it was the biggest thing for me. We then sat down, and discussed numbers based on the options they told me the vehicle had. After we agreed on the number based on the way the vehicle was described, and the contracts were signed and money was paid, the vehicle was washed and brought around for us to leave. As I'm getting in the car, he (The salesman) told me ""I messed up, the vehicle doesn't have Bluetooth."" Cons: They promise the world top get you to sign, then you're screwed. more
