The name you need to remember is Daniel Spivey. The names of his many companies change frequently. I suspect that is how he attempts to outrun the many complaints against him. Don't take my word for it Google his name for yourself. As for me, I hired him in Feb. 2011 to clean my pre-fab chimney and repair the catalytic converter in my Buck stove. I paid him $300 for his ""guaranteed"" service. What did i get.....a dismantled stove and a missing catalytic converter. I called him every day for 3 straight weeks and he refused to take my calls or return any of my voice mails. Do yourself a favor and avoid Daniel Spivey or his ""NEW"" company the Soot Slayer. My wife and I gave Daniel every opportunity to return to our house. Unfortunately, he lied to us about coming, he lied to us about returning our calls. Daniel Spivey was at our home today and Pressure Washed our House and Driveway .He also Pressure Washed the 2 decks and the sidewalks.He did a very professional job and was a perfect gentelman while at our home.He was here at 8am monday morning and did not finish up till 5pm,His total price of $450.00 was very fair for the work he provided.We were given 3 other estimates that were higher than Daniel's we felt it was right to tip Daniel $50.00 extra to help pay for the gas and cleaning supplies he used while Pressure Washing our property.We will be calling Daniel on a regular basis to do our Handyman Services.
