What awful management. Each time I have been in there 'Holly' has done nothing but run her mouth with excuses as to why my camera isn't fixed yet, why parts are taking EXCEPTIONALLY longer than promised, etas kept changing and changing and changing! Finally got my camera back and when it crapped out again, I called in with my problem and was told it was unrelated. 2 DAYS LATER? I asked to speak with the owner and when she said she was I was so fed up I wouldn't even bring it back in. Manipulative and don't care about there customers!! more

So helpful! Omg! Saved a 1st times from putting an attachment on camera lense that wouldn't come off. It could have been very costly but they were determined to get it off! Thank you so much. more

They ask $45 up-front for a cleaning a carousel projector. I call ever week for a month, and they are always confused that nothing has been done. Finally I call and they want another $103 to do a diagnostic. I say NO and pick up my machine. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I found them pathetically incompetent. I just dont see how ANYONE could say anything bad about this business. I have been in there several times, and have always been treated with the utmost respect and courteous. They have a fantastic team of techs who can fix just about anything. I happened to be in there waiting for a tech to look at my camera, and the owner started up a conversation with me about school and kids, and after talking with her for awhile, she right then and there donated a printer (a very nice multi-funtion printer) to my son. I was astonished! I couldnt believe she did that, and I thought to myself, there ARE still good people in this world. And this place has the best. I brought in to the store 2 older cameras, That were out of warranty.The Girl at the front desk answered all my questions I had about the ,work they might need. She took the cameras back to the technition, and he told her what . they needed .I was very satisfied with the fast response.When i picked them up in less than a week. They had charged me nothing. DO NOT use this company. I repaired my camera and picked it up. It didn't work. i brought it back by the way it cost $245 to repair. The tech that worked on my camera said I needed a new battery so I went and bought one. The battery didn't do anything so I returned and brought the camera back again. They have had it for 2 months and won't refund my money. I call every other week and harrass them for a refund. They actually will not take responsibility and they blame me because I left the camera there for so long.
