My service was great. I appreciated not having an extra charge above the diagnostic fee.

13 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING! I dropped my camera off with Metro 12/02/11 it was sent to Canon a week later, I paid in full for Canon's estimate December 19th and was quoted 3 week...

I've been a long time customer of metro camera. They have always tired to repair my camera in a timely manor and if there were delay;s it was due to a parts delay. I have recommened them to all my friend and I will continue. Thank you Metro for always taking care of my camera needs!! more

Very helpful! Was told our camera was not repariable. the only problem is that the batteries were dead. Metro checked everything out at no charge. more
