Some of the reviews have to be incorrect or need adjusting. first of all the Doctors at this location do not own the establishment. They are subcontractos, they work at many different locations and places like the hospital. They are not responsible for hiring the staff. Also, They do close at 9pm. They work 12 hour shifts with no lunch break. When you come in at 8:50 with a sore throat, its a little rude. I have been coming here for 15+ years, I go in the afternoon usually (esp. when its just a cough etc) There was one time, my son who was 3 at the time was sooooo sick and wouldnt take medicine, he couldnt keep it down, I called up there, it was 8:40, I literally live 5 mins away, my BEGGED me for a shot bc he could take the meds, they said come on we'll have everything ready when you get here. They did, my chart, the meds, etc. he got the shot we waited our 15 mins and were out the door. They were nice and helpful. I pay my copay and that's usually it. I love the staff and have really gotten to know everyone who works there. I am saddened by the reviews below. more

They have NEVER filed an insurance claim correctly. They double charge the insurance company & send multiple bills. I have WONDERFUL INSURANCE!!!! When you call & speak with Ashley or Brandy - GOOD LUCK! These are the 2 most UNPROFESSIONAL people on the planet. I believe they really like CONFRONTATION. They OVERCHARGED ME & THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR FIX THE PROBLEM. I MAY HAVE TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS CT JUST TO GET A STUPID REFUND FOR OVERPAYMENT. Most of us just want to be treated well when we're sick - they want to get you well enough to fight with their office staff. I pity the doctors - but I guess they are responsible for hiring these idiots. more

The office staff was rude the second you walked through the door. I went here to get treaded for a minor injury that needed ti be looked at but did not require attention at an emergency room. The office staff was more concerned about getting out of the office on time then about what I was there for. Even though they are a provider for my insurance company, they were not willing to get the information they needed to have my insurance pay for the visit. Then the tried to charge me 300 dollars for the appointment. It costs less to see many specialists, let alone a general immediate care doctor. I would not recommend this office to anyone, there are several other decent immediate care clinics in the area that are much more helpful. more

When entering this office they do all that they can to let you know they are the boss. This is really a workmans comp office that does not cater to the public very well at all. If you expect good friendly service this is not the place to go. Cons: Everything more
