I set up an appointment for an estimate and the young man, Gage, who I'm told is the manager, called to reschedule. We rescheduled and he didn't show up. I called the office to find out if he was still coming and was told he was out of the office and couldn't confirm with me, so he didn't show up. We set up that appointment 4 days prior. That was TWICE I had to adjust my schedule to get an estimate. They have horrible customer service before they have your business. I can't imagine what they must be like after they get their feet in the door.
