Howard Merricks represented me for an accident in which I was injured and I couldn't be more satisifed with his results. I know I received a settlement that was far more than I could of ever obtained by myself. After a year of having and accident I finally settled because I lost everything I had waiting on this attorney to get me my check. When I settled I was told it would be 2 weeks for the paper work so I waited. I called them after two weeks. Then I was told it would be another 2 weeks for paper work. So I waited again. I called after two weeks and once again I was told it was going to take 3 weeks. So I waited again called them back and was told I have the paper work I have to mail them to you so I asked can you fax them to me I was told yes I can so I recieved their fax signed all the papers had it faxed them back and mailed a hard copy to them. Now once again I was told it would be 7 business days called just to check on how things were going and I was told it would be another day after the 7 days I think they hold the check in their bank account to collect interest still waiting and not only that I have never even spoke to the attorney don't even know his name what kind of practice is this. Also to let everyone know it came from 1-800-ask-gary I would not reccommend this joker to anyone more
